15/11/2017Nick SimmondsKoelschip Yard are running a series of three Meet the Brewer events on successive Wednesdays in November. The first has already passed (Wild last Wednesday). Today, if posted in time, is a new Suffolk brewery called Burning Mill. No cask is mentioned although they are known to produce some. Next Wednesday 22nd November sees Thornbridge in town promising casks of 2 year old St Petersburg, Dry Hopped Jaipur, and Baize (a mint chocolate stout). See the Koelschip website for full details.
23/10/2017Tom MckeownAfter 3trains and a bus have arrived at the Crown. They have their racks in an outside building in the back, and casks have cooling jackets fitted. 19/10/2017Stan ThompsonA new pub has opened selling real ale, this is Traders, 363 Argyle Street, Glasgow. They are currently selling one real ale but a second handpump is available. Not yet on WhatPub but will be soon.
